Any great coach will explain to students that achieving amazing things in our sport is all about dedication in pursuing a goal despite the ups and downs.
A great coach not only tells their students what to do β what sessions to perform and when to take it easy β but they tell their students WHY they are doing it.!!
A passionate coach can talk about their sport for hours. They often show great discipline and commitment to each of their students, going above and beyond to support them...
Many instructors even coach in an unpaid or volunteer role β these are the ones who really love what they do!!
A great coach has an infectious energy!!

I have seen so many instructors forget the most important rule of them all, and I find it extremely concerning, and I would just like to remind them about :
β The golden rule in being a great coach ... "Build your riders up, Don't break them down." !β
