We still over 89 hoppy hops that we are looking after.😍

We need to stock up on pellets for December, Janua-worry and February.👏🏼

We go through a 50kg bag and a half a week.

** Petshop protests **

From January we will be targeting some petshops who are becoming, or already is, a major problem.

I have been approached by a few people and have asked them to just give me a bit of time to finish up things on my side with the lunches.

We will be starting a whatsapp group in January so keep your eyes open early January for updates. This will be done all over SA together with a lot of our rescue friends.

It is time to be heard. We have had enough of people exploiting our animals for profit.

It is time for their voices to be heard through us!!!!

Please take note

RCL Foods has issued an urgent recall of specific batches of dry dog and cat food after detecting elevated levels of deoxynivalenol (DON) in the maize used during production. The toxin may cause loss of appetite and digestive discomfort in pets. Affected brands include Bobtail, Catmor, Canine Cuisine, Optimizor, Ultra Pet and Superwoof.

⚠️⚠️ We are still closing ⚠️⚠️

We have been asked if we are still closing end of December 2025.

Yes, we are. And we are not taking in anymore animals.

We just don't have the funds or time to continue. It takes a lot of time and money to care for exotics. Vets are super expensive.

We still have 83 bunnies and 4 hedgehogs that we are caring for.

If you want to sponsor one of them before end December (as that is when we will close our account we will appreciate it).
