The loyalty of a dog... Dingo
This boy, has been at a local police station for the last few weeks, just appeared, underweight, and definitely in need of some TLC, and he had some trust issues with people.
A kind hearted person, took it upon herself, to start feeding Dingo. The kind hearted person, feeds some of the animals in the area, where the dogs roams freely, and she thought that Dingo will also not be there when she return to work after a few days, like with the other doggos in the area, low and behold, when she got to work yesterday, Dingo were there waiting for her, and did not leave her side.
Riana Cronje went out yesterday, but Dingo seems to be a very clever doggie, and there was not way he was being taken from his human person, and couldn't be caught..
Last night when the persons shift ended, and she had to leave, Dingo chased her car for a good few blocks, until she returned back to the station, to make sure Dingo were safe, and then left work..
We went out today with some "doepa" from the vet, in the hopes that it would word, and finally just over two hours, Dingo was safe in the transport crate, and off to the vet.
Huge appreciation to the kind hearted person that weren't going to give up on just an ordinary dog. Huge appreciation towards our vet Randfontein Dierehospitaal - Veearts Dr Naude for waiting for us after their Sunday closing time, to attend to Dingo. Dingo has been checked for a chip, no chip. Dingo is covered in ticks and fleas.
Dingo were also were breathing heavily, and the vet suspects that he might have biliary.

On Sunday afternoon, 13 October 2024, Stephan Hendricks received a WhatsApp message from a person stating in the message that there are four dogs and a cat at their house, and that he should go and fetch them. The person further mentioned that they had moved and could not take the animals with. The person sent the neighbor's number and then blocked Stephan.
Long story short, after numerous attempts, Stephan only got hold of the neighbor on 15 October 2024. With this, the big shock, the owner never arranged with the neighbor to give them food and water, which means that these animals have been without any water or food since Saturday (after the person mentioned that the neighbour was contacted to look after, and feed the animals).
Fortunately, the neighbor was able to explain to us where the house is. Stephan drove directly to it and went to see what the animals looked like and in what state they were. There were also a total of five dogs, and not four as the owner said. The dogs were all outside, without any shelter or kennels, no food, no water. The cat had been inside the house, without any food or any water. These were dire circumstances, and the house was left in a dire state.
With a massive storm brewing over Randfontein, and knowing that there was absolutely no shelter for these dogs, we just couldn't leave them there. Fortunately, we were able to make a temporary plan for them, and had an angel (person who offered) with whom they could spend the night. We were able to remove all five dogs and the cat from the premises.
Our biggest hope and wish is that they will find forever homes, but if not, we would like to move them to the plot with the #plan4nine dogs. We are not going to be able to put them together, but we have a run (which has not been finished yet due to finances and the lack of material we need) and also a quarantine area that we would like to finish. We would also like to set up a wendy house/kenn
Our kennel bill is overdue..
Our bill was sitting at R10625 as of the 15th of September 2024.. We are really desperate to get this bill paid. We will be making a payment tomorrow with the funds raised with our monthly donations, but that is just about half of what we have to pay.

No More Tears Animal Rescue has embarked on a project called #Plan4Nine Doggies.
Beginning of August 2024, No More Tears Animal Rescue was informed and became aware of some dogs that were abandoned when their owners got evicted from an informal settlement in Randfontein. Unfortunately, they were left behind, without any food or any water resources.
Weโve got an incredible opportunity from a kind hearted, animal loving family, to build some runs on their property, and to convert the pig pens into dog kennels in order for us to save and rescue these dogs.
We require unused or unwanted building materials, any roofing material, building sand, scrap metal, cement, bricks, shade net, square tubing, paint or any other items/materials that can be used in building the runs and converting the pig pens into dog kennels.
Other items also needed is water bowls, beds, food bowls, blankets etc.
Donated items will be collected if the donor is not able to deliver it.
