I'm proud to announce that I now have a business partner, the talented Yasmine Saidou. She has joined me in Buddy's Num-Nums & will be designing new packaging, more eco-friendly, & will also be heavily involved in the social media side of the business. It's all been very quiet at the moment as we've been doing photo shoots, packaging ideas, new items, updated price lists, etc & will be posting everything soon... Feeling very good about everything finally coming together...

Zack's mom bought him his 1st Buddy's Num-Nums meals, so many thanks to Heidi Smith & Zack for choosing us. Just in time for an early Christmas treat... I reckon he got into serious photo pose mode for this but Heidi's feedback is that Zack loved his treats, & he's a fussy eater... So glad to have tickled his taste buds...

Buddy's Din-Dins, Biccie-Nums, Chickie-Nums & Gravy-Nums... there's gonna be some very happy fur friends today, tails wagging & all... Well, an update on Milo's photos... His family sent me photos of Milo enjoying his samples for dinner, but the photos were of Milo after eating & his bowl was empty... 🤣🤣🤣

I made a few samples the other day for a lucky Fur-friend nearby. They're the following: Chickie-Nums which is chicken, carrots & celery slow roasted with tumeric & olive oil, Gravy-Nums which is chunky chicken liver gravy with fresh parsley, & Biccie-Nums which is homemade peanut biscuits with no preservatives, sugar & all those other goodies that are bad for the Fur-friends. Received awesome feedback from the family. Will post photos soon of Milo enjoying his meal & treats...

On Friday the 15th October Buddy's Num-Nums donated doggy food for a beautiful cause that was put out by Cheryl Wilson who works at Stephanie's Hair Salon.

It's all about instead of buying fireworks, rather buy doggy food for shelters, this shelter being Grace Animal Sanctuary, owned & run by her friend Caron. A small plea from us at Buddy's Num-Nums is for anyone else out there who can, please donate as well.

Cheryl also runs a beautiful charity of her own called Sarmie Mommiez where her & her friends cook & feed underprivileged children.
Any & all donations will be highly appreciated. Let's fill the children's tummies.

Food, glorious food… Food warms your heart and brings cheer to your soul. Food puts a smile on friend’s and family’s faces. This was the feeling and outlook that I had in me when I first started as a chef in the 1990’s. This is what I still believe as each day passes by. I have journeyed through numerous top hotels and other establishments in Cape Town over the years, finally leaving kitchens behind me a few years ago to search for new horizons. But the yearning to cook and create just wouldn’t leave me. So I decided to return to the kitchen, but with a different cliental in mind. The furry ones, as I’ve been cooking homemade food for my furry rescues over the years. I decided to use my food knowledge in a new and different way. So here I stand at a new path and a new adventure… Cooking for a different kind of friends & family, the furry ones!
