Happy Valentine's Day

Ingredients:

8 medium strawberries
1 large ripe banana
1 drop lemon essential oil (only ones indicated for internal use)
1/4 cup plain fat free Greek yoghurt (xylitol/birch sugar free)
2 large eggs
3 1/4 cup oat flour

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180° Celsius

Chop strawberries into little pieces.
Mash up banana.
Combine the strawberries, lemon essential oil and banana with greek yoghurt in a small bowl.

In a larger separate bowl add the oat flour.
Add the greek yoghurt and fruit mixture to the flour.
Add the 2 eggs.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Roll dough out onto a parchment paper.
Use a heart shaped cookie cutter for shapes.

Place cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Baking time can vary.

Allow to cool and serve!
