🚨 Important Update for Our Valued Clients! 🚨

We wanted to give you a heads-up that we’re in the process of transitioning to a new veterinary software system!
While we’re excited for the improvements this will bring, we ask for your patience and understanding over the next week as we make the switch.
During this time, everything will be done manually, which may cause some delays.

A few things to keep in mind:

⚠️ No access to patient records: We won’t be able to pull up your pet’s history or details, so if your pet is on chronic medication, please bring a list or know exactly what you need when you come in.

⏳Longer wait times: Since we’re doing things by hand, service may take a little longer than usual.

💳 Invoices & payments: Invoices for services provided and stock purchased during this time will only be sent out next week once our new system is up and running.
