🌿🐎 Training in the wild!

Recently we've had the incredible opportunity to take our horses for several training rides at a nearby game reserve — preparing for an upcoming Equestrian Wellness Retreat happening there next week. ✨

Our horses were absolute stars! Calm, curious, and completely at ease as they met all kinds of wildlife along the way. Their gentle natures and steady temperaments remind us just how special they are — perfectly suited to the trail-riding life they love. 💚

It was such a privilege for our family to explore this beautiful landscape together while getting the horses ready for the event. We can’t wait to share more from the retreat soon! 🌾

Fiona the Gentle Giant

Down the trail through whispering trees,
Moves Fiona softly, with calm and ease.
Her coat is gray like morning mist,
Her breath a cloud the sun has kissed.

She doesn’t hurry, stomp, or prance —
She walks as though doing a gentle dance.
Each step she takes is kind and true,
Her heart as big as skies are blue.

When little hands pat nose or mane,
She lowers down and stands again.
For Fiona knows, in strength and grace,
The gentlest hearts can lead the pace.
