Welcome to THE park!
The Paws in the East Park, was sparked as an initiative to be part of something that they feel passionate about – saving man’s best friend. The way people view pets has changed dramatically over time. Today, many pet owners are proud to pamper their fur babies with high-end grooming, engaging toys, exciting outings and adorable outfits but many four-legged pals are yet to find their furr-ever home. Our participation in the rescue started small but we are proud to say that currently we have fostered and re-homed 72 doggos out of our own home. Even though some furrkids were tough to socialize or very broken when they came to us, there is nothing more rewarding than being able to foster the homeless and re-homing a deserving doggy to a lovable family.
Our Dog Rescue background quickly proved to us that all dogs, no matter their journey or history, holds a valued place in your life and heart so we have made it our mission to honor that special bond by creating a space your dog will love.
A fully enclosed “Off Leash Dog Park" where pooches and community can come together and socialise. Paws in the East Dog Park is situated in the Bashewa area on 7 hectares of untouched wilderness. The park offers a new adventurous spin on dog walking, jogging and is also home to some other animal friends. Braai and picnic facilities are strategically placed throughout the park and can easily be booked online for group visits.
