Dear clients,

Please note the clinic is open for sales and consultations by appointment only 8am till 4pm. The following still applies:

- all clients to wear a mask covering the nose and mouth
- amount of people in the practice at once to be regulated
- sanitising protocols to be followed
- currently no hospital visitations
- if clients are able to place food/product orders ahead of time in
order to limit contact during purchases and collections.

Dear clients,

Due to a possible Covid-19 case the clinic will temporarily be closed until results have become available and we know the way forward. Good day. Please be advised that our practice has reopened for consultations and surgery between 9am and 3pm.

Please book your appointment in advance on 023 2300123. No walk in's please.

All vetshop sales can be organised via whatsapp on 0834306940 a a safe collection point will be organised.

Payments may be done by credit card or eft. Unfortunately no Cash may be taken.

For all emergencies please call 023 2300123 and the phone will divert to the doctor on duty.

Please do not whatsapp or sms regarding animal emergencies.

Bergriver Veterinary Hospital Tulbagh will reopen for routine procedures on May 4th... (please phone to book appointment) Please note that the reopening of the practice will come with strict guidelines as listed below:

* Nobody is allowed to enter the practice without a mask
* Nobody may enter without the use of the handsanitisor at the door
* Strictly only one person will be allowed into the reception area at a time. Chairs will be placed outside for the convenience of queing.
* Staff will have temprature taken prior to work every morning and will not be allowed to work sick so please if clients are showing any signs of sickness please send someone else into the clinic
* No visitation of in house patients will be allowed until futher notice
* No clients may enter the hopsital part of the vet until further notice
* No children will be allowed to enter the vet until further notice

Pertaining to vetshop purchases of food, flea etc. The process will remain as it has been through lockdown. Orders may be whatsapped to 0834306940 and a safe collection point will be organised. Vetshop purchases may be settled via eft.

We would appreciate that all clients settle outstanding accounts via eft as soon as possible as like everyone we are going to struggle to keep our doors open over the next few months.
