WHY, what is our excuse not to?
I have been juicing for more than 12 years, my family has gone through green juices in different forms, shapes and tastes, by now they are so bullet proof that they will just drink what I put in front of them-let’s not argue with her…….drink it, it is part of our daily routine!
Do I have to jump up and down? Has anyone noticed that we can hardly remember our family doctor’s name? We very seldom get sick because we maintain a good flora, culture and immune system; when we get compromised, we are prepared and our body can combat it quicker.
Even though I have experimented a lot with different greens, I always come back to basics-Barley is the bomb-simple but yet so powerful!
Let’s look at what our national hero Margret Roberts have said about wheat grass, keep in mind that Barley is the “lesser-known cousin” of the “yuppie” wheat grass but punch much more power than the famous one, so I leave it up to you to decide which one to use:

My question is: WHY, why don’t we all grow micro-greens and green juice, what is our excuse not to?
