Meet the 6 Meyer kids! The family moved to a picturesque farm earlier this year. Lots of fun exploring and hunting or even just to bask in the garden. Especially for Macho Man Gordon who boasts his adventurous spirit, bragging to his sisters and brother about his escapades after nonchalantly waltzing in a few days later. Gino, Smash and Rosti enjoy some day trips too but the Diva Anchovy and Matriach Fishpaste generally stay home. After a few close calls, leaving Mom Cindy Meyer extremely nervous, we had a session with all the kids last week. The topic of discussion was: FARM LIFE- SAFETY VS FREEDOM! Full class, all eager to learn. Everyone shared their stories of adventure, of course Gordon excelled in being most daring. Diva Anchovy said that she is too gorgeous to get her manicured claws mucky but doesn't like anyone making Mom worry. Fishpaste, the grounding force for all the young'ins raised her eyebrow saying "I told you so" each time we listed the dangers out there. Gentle Gino the family lovebug let out a nervous shriek and agreed that giving Momma hugs are too important to risk. Rational Smash and Rosti are BFF blood sisters and agreed to not risk losing every chance to cuddle. Gordon said "It's what I do. Why does it need to change?" Well after explaining the risks the further they went versus the guaranteed great life waiting in the safety of home, the kids all agreed to stay close and always come in when Mom calls. Regular check-ins, stay close and have fun whilst keeping safe. Mom reported that everyone is being so good and turning up for roll call. Happy babies... Happy Momma. Good job kiddos! Keep making us proud! On a lighter note, I explained to them that when their doggy siblings chase the tractor along the fence, they shouldn't get scared because it's just Sukha and Bodhi being silly pups, it's not directed at them. Fishpaste for once lost her composure and spat out some "flowery language" not appreciating being jolted by their rackus! 😂
