Our Story

BABIES – Maximum 8 Activities and Experiences There will be no shortage of quality time and cuddles for your child and there are also a wide range of activities for your little one to enjoy. We have plenty stimulating toys that are appropriate to each stage of development, all of which encourage new skills such as crawling, walking and talking. Meal times Freshly prepared weaning foods are provided for babies and milk feeds are fed on demand. Mothers are welcome to come in and breast-feed their baby if they wish or alternatively leave their expressed breast milk if they prefer. Working with Parents You will receive a daily report which outlines sleep times, nappy changes, food eaten and activities undertaken. You can discuss issues with me at any time in complete confidence. TODDLERS – Maximum 8 Activities and Experiences Stimulating toys and equipment are available for toddlers to play with, these will inspire them to build up their development skills. They may think they are just having fun, but those toys are helping them to walk, extend their vocabulary and build their confidence. Children are encouraged to join in creative play activities, listen and dance to music, to further explore their sensory skills through messy play such as sand and paint and to utilize construction building blocks. Through play, children are also encouraged to: Recognize colors and shapes Learn songs and rhymes Enjoy books and stories and develop their vocabulary Begin to develop their drawing and painting skills Learn about and explore the world around them Develop their social skills and independence Meal times We offer daily nutritious menus which provide a well-balanced diet. Menus are carefully planned with the emphasis on healthy eating. Breakfast is offered to children on arrival and includes cereal, porridge, fresh fruit and toast . Snacks are served mid­ morning and afternoon and include yogurt, fresh fruit, car rot sticks, breadsticks, cheese, crackers etc. A three course meal is prepared for lunch daily. Working with Parents Daily reports will be provided to every parent detailing the activities their child has been involved in, food and drink consumed, time spent sleeping, their general wellbeing and what progress has been made.
