What amazing progress we have made. The wild ponies accepted the halter after a few sessions, we worked on building their confidence and trusting me.

After a hard session Blaze even came to fall asleep next to me!

For reference, these ponies were untouchable, I couldn't get close to them in our first sessions, one even charged at me.
We have gotten to a point where I can catch them in their paddock and put the halter on.

There is still a lot of work to be done, but I have learned to celebrate the smallest progressions.

Ek het 4 spasies beskikbaar vir perde wat ingebreek of afgerig moet word.
Ek het ook n perseel waar jy jou perd kan stal en selfs ook lesse kry.

We all know what they say about ponies....

Luckily I get to work with 3 wild Shetlands. Each with their own personality and quirks. It's definitely a challenge I look forward to.
