The self catering guest houses can each host between 2 to 8 guests. Sandkorrel, Stoepie and Soutbos offers self-catering accommodation for 2/4/6/8 guests each. It is situated in the picturesque Jacobsbaai right on the water’s edge and is surrounded by sea and beach on three sides. ROOMS AND RATES

SANDKORREL
Unit 1 - This room sleeps two guests and has a separate entrance, kitchenette, and en-suit

e bathroom. An outside braai facility is available. Price: R1075 per night. Unit 2 - The loft can sleep four guests in two rooms. Kitchen, dining/braai area, living room, and sea-view patio included. Price: R2550 per night. Unit 3 - Room sleeps two guests, includes a separate entrance, kitchenette, and en-suite bathroom. No sea view from the room. Small gas braai available. Price: R875 per night. Entire house - The entire house sleeps eight guests at R4500 per night. STOEPIE
Unit 1 - The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed and has its own private entrance, kitchenette, and bathroom. There is a gas braai available, no other braai facility. Price: R1275 per night. Unit 2 - Two rooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms are available, as well as an option to use two single beds (with own bedding) for children. Private main entrance, kitchen, living room, dining area, and braai area (inside and outside braai) will be available. Price: R2425 per night. Entire house - You will have the entire house to yourselves. Three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms will be available, featuring kitchen, living room, dining area, seafront stoep, inside and outside braai areas . Sleeps six guests. Price: R3700 per night. SOUTBOS
Unit 1 - Presents a beachfront private room, thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Includes own private entrance and kitchenette. Guests have access to 2 outdoor areas - to braai or enjoy outdoor dining. Unit 2 - Loft area upstairs with 1 bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The living area in the loft comprises 2 single beds for children and comfortable seating. Private main entrance, kitchen, dining area, and braai area will be available. Price: R2300 per night. Unit 3 - Unit 3 is a private room with a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The room features comfortable seating and a well-equipped kitchenette comprising of a bar fridge, 2-plate stove, microwave, and coffee- and tea-making facilities. An outside braai facility is also available. Price: R1175 per night. Sleeps six adults and 2 children. Price: R4750 per night. NEED TO KNOW

Escape to the serene beauty of Soutbos this December! We still have accommodation available for the holiday season, and we'd love to welcome you to our seafront self-catering guesthouse.

You can choose from the following booking options:
- for a minimum of 10 days till the 27th of December 2024
- from 28th December for a minimum of 10 days onward
- or for a full 21 days over this period.

Soutbos features a full house rental, including three bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. The house can comfortably sleep six adults and two children. The open-plan kitchen with a dining area and living room provides a comfortable space for family gatherings. An indoor braai and dining area ensures you can enjoy a braai no matter the weather.

Step outside to an outside braai patio with stunning ocean views, the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. You'll also be just a stone's throw away from the newly opened restaurant, 'Daai plekkie in die Weskus'.

Our guesthouse is available at R5000.00 per night. A domestic worker is available at your own cost, ensuring you have a truly relaxing stay.

Please note that Soutbos does not have WiFi, allowing you to fully disconnect. Additionally, we have a strict no-animals policy to maintain tranquility for all our guests.
