Mazarat Animal Rescue
Mazarat Animal Rescue is a registered NPO & PBO based in Waterfall KZN. We are a safe haven & Pro Quality of Life shelter for rescued, abandoned or surrendered dogs and cats, run by part time volunteers and 1 permanent Rescue Kennels Assistant. Mazarat Animal Rescue has gained sponsorship by Regal Pet Health Products, allowing the rescues to receive tonics, sprays & vitamins to ensure they are healthy and happy. The veterinary health of our animals is largely supported by Dr Nic Stirk of Waterfall Vet and Dr Louween Edwards of Pineridge Vet, they have been very supportive of our efforts and have assisted in helping us maintain the health and wellbeing and treatment of our rescues.
We the volunteers & Committee members work at Mazarat Rescue Kennels in our spare time, exercising rescue dogs, grooming them, spending time with cats, helping raise much needed funds, donations & sponsored goods. We rely on the generosity & support of our local community in order to continue this vital role in animal rescue.
