Today, we had the pleasure of attending the Golden Paws Gathering, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a puddle of love and warmth. Muddy cuddles, slobbery licks, and wagging tails were in abundance, and it felt like being surrounded by a sea of furry happiness.
Not only did we get to connect with these lovable furballs, but we also had the pleasure of meeting some incredible humans who share our adoration for these golden companions. We had the pleasure of treating our new furry companions to some droolicious Happy Hounds samples and tasty venison treatos – let’s just say we were quite popular 😜
A big thank you to Andrea for inviting us! It was a day filled with love, laughter, and the purest canine camaraderie. 💛
We couldn't settle on a name for a group of golden retrievers, so we enlisted the help of some friendly humans, and here's what they suggested; Goldendelicous, Love, and Puddle of Goldies. They're all pretty great!

OUR VERY FIRST @petexposa 🎉
On the 13th of July, a small part of our team went up to Johannesburg to be part of our very first National Pet Expo. This was our big “Hello Gauteng” moment - an opportunity to meet more of you and for you to meet us and learn more about why we do what we do!
It was so wonderful to meet so many passionate, committed, and caring dog owners who are all as obsessed with their hounds as we are. We also met lots of incredible competing, performing, and demonstration doggos. We even learned a little about Fly Ball, Man Trailing, Agility, and Protection Work - wow these guys are so impressive! 😎
It was particularly special to put some faces to some names of customers we’ve gotten to know and love over the phone, whatsapp, and email - here’s looking at you Ashley, Elize, Amber, Juanita, and Sidney. We even got to meet one of our favourite customers @captaingus_theweimaraner 🤗
