Dear Valued Client. As you are aware, we have been given notice to move by the new owners of our property. We have diligently been looking for suitable premises for many months, in fact more than a year, but sadly have failed in this endeavour. So it is with a very heavy heart that we have to announce that we will cease trading, our last operational day being Saturday the 26th March. We are absolutely devastated by this sad turn of events and we feel that we have let you, our loyal supporters, down. However, the matter is beyond our control. We wish to thank you for your support and friendship over the seven years that we have been privileged enough to care for your pets. Please take note of the following very important points:
-We will send out vaccine reminders for those due in April, should you wish to take advantage of early vaccination
-Please check your pets vaccination book and note when the next vaccinations are due, as we will not be able to send out reminders as of the end of March. Call if you are not sure
- Equally important, please be aware of the date of your pet’s next Bravecto application.
-We are happy to email clinical histories to you should you require them.
-We are able to supply 3 months’ worth of drugs for those on chronic medication
-Please stock up on your diets and over-the-counter products well in advance, as we will be running our stocks down
-If you have a credit with us, please make contact to arrange a refund well before our closure date of the 26th March
-Similarly, if you have an outstanding bill, please ensure this is cleared before our closure date
-For unexpected eventualities, I will be monitoring the surgery mobile phone (0775 281151) for a period of time post closure
