Had a lovely morning teaching at peel adult riders today, what an awesome bunch of ladies I had the privilege to coach! I love seeing small improvements in each rider during the course of the lesson. But I loved seeing some massive improvements in some horses I coached last time I was there. Well done ladies you were all awesome! 🤩

Looking at this picture, and yes it is one moment in time, but there is so much to love in it, likes relaxed frame, stretching into the contact at trot, the push from behind and the fact he is happy. :) love the training part of educating a horse. :)

SL Equestrian is closed from today 18/4 until Saturday the 20/4 the next few days due to a family issue. All affected clients have already been notified. Will be back on deck as from Sunday the 21/4.

We have had a few recent new followers to the page so I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you all! You will see a promotional video which explains what I offer in more detail please feel free to watch it 😊 the only difference now is I don’t have my schoolmaster who is in the video, so I no longer offer lessons on him. I do however offer lessons on my competition mare to select clients wishing to start learning the elementary and above moves.

Lovely morning giving a lesson to the lovely Reagan. She had Moo looking amazing! Reagan wants to learn more about collection and the more advanced lateral dressage moves which moo is happy to help with 😊 seeing the smile on Reagan’s face at the end of each lesson makes my heart just melt!

Moo is available to select people for lessons *she is not for beginner riders*

SL Kole’s Majik 4yr old friesian Warmblood. Been under saddle for a total of 26 rides with the last 6 including canter! Here he is learning patience! Super pleased with how he is progressing!

Kole was so good! First ride of the new year! We went with eskadron rosewood! He is finally getting the hang of cantering a circle!

Christmas break news!

Just to let you all know that we here at SL Equestrian are taking a well deserved break over the Christmas and new year period.

Last lessons will be on Thursday the 21st December 2023 and all regular lessons will recommence Monday the 8th January 2024. There may be changes to some lesson times but I will discuss that with the clients concerned.

To all my wonderful clients, thank you for making this year so successful! Helping you all achieve your goals for this year has been amazing and I look forward to seeing what we can achieve together next year!

I do have a few time slots available for new clients so please feel free to send me a PM and we can get you into the calendar for the new year!

Kole is coming along nicely with his canter, sometimes his steering is a little bit off😂 but he is slowly getting the hang of going faster and being able to turn at the same time. :)
