Hello, my name is Helen and I am a registered yoga teacher who has recently moved to Wyong. I am excited to announce that I am considering offering yoga classes at very affordable rates:
$5 for a 30-minute session $10 for a 1-hour session
$15 for a 90-minute session

These sessions would cater to people who enjoy Yoga or beginners whom like to strech and exercise.
If there is sufficient interest, I plan to secure a hall or venue where I can hold classes on a regular basis.

Additionally, I may offer special sessions that include the presence of my therapy dogs, provided the venue permits it. These classes would be particularly beneficial for those who enjoy the calming and therapeutic presence of animals.

If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, please reach out to express your interest. Your feedback will help me determine the level of demand and move forward with organizing these classes.

Hi lovely Helen
Grace is going really well. She is a true blessing in our house.
She’s socialising beautiful with other dogs and many humans. She loves playing with the kids. Her favourite toy is her knotted rope and the cat’s feather toy.
She’s a quick learner, it’s a delight training her.
Grace also blesses the weekly youth group our kids are part of … most kids love seeing her and getting their weekly cuddles … complaining if Grace misses a week. She has already helped our autistic teenager make new friends. Grace is also popular at soccer and church.
Grace has already in certain settings helped a few people bring down their anxiety, including our autistic teen.
She accompanies us everywhere. Outings take longer that usual with Grace grabbing so much loving attention and blessing others with her love.

In light of our decision to cease breeding at the end of last year, we have redirected our focus towards puppy training for others (not just our own). As dedicated Therapy Dogs Trainers, I am pleased to report a successful outcome from our 1-on-1 training session with Oscar, a 4-month-old Border Collie. Love going back to what i love doing.
We are the puppy training experts❤️🐾
