Hi everyone, can you believe it is mid May already?! 2024 is flying by 😁
I have been grooming six days a week for years now and have decided to reduce the number of Saturdays that I work.
Saturdays are reserved for clients who cannot attend during my week day hours of 7am - 12 noon. If you are an existing Saturday client and can attend during the week, please contact me to reschedule your booked appointments.

Welcome 2024! I hope you’ve all had a relaxing break over the New Year holiday period.
Ruff Cuts reopens on Monday 8th January and boy am I going to be busy! I’m looking forward to hitting the ground running with your precious puppies.
I’ve sent out appointment times. If I have inadvertently missed your dog, please let me know. I have over 150 dogs on my books so it’s possible I’ve missed a few.
I have a few spots available for new SMALL clients so if you know of anyone looking for a groomer, please pass on my details.

Ruff Cuts is now closed for 2023. I will reopen on 8/01/2024.
Appointments for the first 6 months of 2024 will be sent out before the end of the year (hopefully!)
I’ve been grooming for 8 full years now and have had some of your dogs coming to me for the whole time! Thank you for your continuing support. It’s a pleasure to care for your precious pups.

Hi fellow dog lovers 🐕🐶
Christmas is around the corner once again! Here’s a few things to be aware of 😀
*I will be closed from 12noon 20/12 and will be opening in the New Year on 8/1 at 7am.
*I’m fully booked in December unless I have a cancellation. Please be on time as appointments are booked back to back in December.
*Later in December, I’ll be booking for the first six months of 2024. Please advise if you have a specific day that you require.
*Saturdays are reserved for those who cannot book for a weekday due to work.

FLEAS!!!!!!! Please reschedule your appointment if you know they have fleas. Fleas contaminate my workspace and a $10 fee will be charged to flea bomb the area.
Flea treatments are available from the pet shop or the vets. Once your dog has been treated and is flea free, they are very welcome to attend Ruff Cuts 🐾🐾🐾

2022 is coming to an end! Ruff Cuts will be closed from Saturday 17/12 and will be reopening Monday 9/1/2023.
I’d like to thank all of my furry clients and their owners for a fantastic year! It has been my pleasure to look after your precious pooches.

A few housekeeping things for next year: Please be on time! 10 or more minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled and a fee will be charged. No shows will also be charged a fee.
Please don’t be more than 5 minutes early. I work with one dog at a time and arriving more than 5 minutes before scheduled appointment interrupts the grooming process.
Dogs must be picked up within 30 minutes of being notified of finishing time. So, if I text at 10am that the groom will be completed at 10.30, please be here at 10.30. I do not have room to have multiple dogs from different households here at the same time.

I will be booking appointments for the first six months of 2023 in the next few weeks. It is a huge task as I have over 150 dogs on my books! I’m so appreciative of your support.

Hi dog lovers 🐾 I’ve just donated $135 to SAFE’s account at the vets. This money is from trimming nails of dogs. My son has donated $24.50 that he got from collecting cans and recycling them.
