Judy Weber Dressage Clinic - 21st & 22nd September

We are taking expressions of interest for riders who wish to ride with Judy again at Spring Farm Dressage

This was a sell out clinic last time with lots of happy riders!

A national FEI rider of note, Judy coaches riders through her experienced eye as a Judge and instructing them to help achieve their aims, particularly at Competition Level. Judy has the ability to communicate with all riders and stages of training.

She has produced many young horses from Young Horse to Grand Prix and gives excellent feedback for test practice.

We can structure your lesson to include a protocol test also.

We have a stabled agistment vacancy due to a horse heading back out to the paddock after winter.

Our stabled horses have daily turn out in their post and rail paddock. They are stabled overnight in over-sized, rubber-floored stables with lights, fans, misters and European stable panels, doors and windows.

Our Double brick barn features large tack rooms, wash bay, cross ties, bathroom, kitchen and CCTV.

The stables are thoroughly cleaned daily and all horses are provided with large hay bags overnight to keep them busy and content.

Our stable favourite Drumming R rising 3yo leaves for his new home today. It’s never easy selling horses but this one was particularly difficult to do!

Day by day we are coming to terms with Elliot’s accident and sudden absence. We all miss him dearly and know he is watching over and would be encouraging us to “get on with it.”

We are very proud to provide our stabled horses with optimal comfort via ComfortStall Stable Flooring. The wonderful Charlotte Dujardin uses the mattress flooring system for her own horses too!

Our stable flooring will “improve joint health due to the soft and supportive foam base, as well as improve a horse’s respiratory health due to the sealed system that won’t soak urine, allowing for easy cleaning.

Additional benefits include the elimination of hock sores, improved quality of rest, relief from the symptoms of laminitis, reduced need for stall bandaging, better thermal insulation, less required bedding in stables (some claiming as much as 75%), less require cleaning and maintenance.”

Perhaps this is why my mare impatiently waits at her paddock gate at 4pm everyday, on the dot, wanting to be brought in to the barn immediately! 😆

- Warmblood - Dressage or Jump breeding
- Training Elementary or higher
- 15.2hh to 17.2hh
- Lovely temperament but can be a bit spicey to ride
- No vices
- 5 to 12 years old - training relative to age
- Great paces with uphill movement
- Budget $45k

2. FEI schoolmaster - possible lease or lease with option to buy in future
- Horse will be kept with us and could possibly retire here too
- Perhaps an FEI horse ready to step down from high level competition and compete around Adv/PSG
- Can be older and require some maintenance
- Straight forward to ride with competition experience

We had an amazing time at Boneo Park for a 2 day Ricky MacMillan clinic. Thank you to the clinic organisers for such a wonderful opportunity.

Ricky MacMillan is an Australian Olympic dressage rider, 4* FEI dressage Judge, FEI YH judge and coach. She really helped me bring out confidence and an incredible feel with Emmi in a competition-like environment. Ricky coaches with passion and truly brings out the best in ever rider and horse.

Ricky MacMillan is an Australian Olympic dressage rider. Aboard Crisp (by Consul x Aktuell), she represented Australia at the 2000 and 2004 Olympic Games, the 1998 and 2002 World Equestrian Games and the 2000 and 2003 World Cup Finals. She has won several Australian Grand Prix Championships.

Ricky is a 4* FEI Dressage judge who regularly judges in Europe. She is also an FEI YH judge and dressage coach with coaching commitments around the country.

We are super lucky to have Ricky come to VIC. 👌👏👏
