So last weekend, I attended an Advanced Science Workshop led by Dr Cliff Faver DVM and his wife Suzanne Marchetti from Iv San Bernard USA and completed my Module 3 of the Pet Aesthetician Program. I am so happy to say that I passed. ☺️

The knowledge that is imparted by Dr Cliff and Suzanne is fantastic. For me as a new groomer I know this will be a game changer in the way I do things in my salon. Thank you to Naomi Conroy from Groomer Nation and Iv San Bernard - Australia and her fabulous team for making this experience possible.

Now I need to pass my module 2 which will be case studies that I am working on at a practical level to complete my qualification.

Client appreciation.💐💕

I have been truly blessed since opening and have amazing clients. The client coming today is no different she is so accommodating and generous. I don't normally open on a Sunday but am making an exception today.

This little posy is a small thank you to her and it was so lovely to be able to purchase these locally at our local Tucker box. Supplied by Karinya in the Valley - Farm & Flowers I may have also grabbed myself some lovely sunflowers 😁 as well.

🐍 Snake Season 🐍

With the weather heating up heading into our hot season we have already seen an influx of snake bite patients.

Common signs to look out for;
- Collapsed
- Lethargic
- Paralysed or weak in hind legs
- Drooping head
It is very unlikely you will find the bite wound on your pet.

If your pet is showing any of these signs or you have any worries or concerns around snake season please don’t hesitate to call us at the clinic on 07 4633 1733

Just a reminder to check your dogs after they have been for a walk. Thankfully this dog's owner does and this one had not had a chance to work its way into the body. Grass seeds can become embedded in a dog's body and cause infection, inflammation, pus and pain. They can also travel through the body causing bigger issues.
