Today we welcomed back Lilly the GSD whose had a couple of weeks away while she recovered after being desexed.

She hadn’t met the black and white foster dog Rue before so we had a slow introduction but it wasn’t long before they were giving themselves plenty of exercise racing around the backyard with my 10yr old greyhound in tow 😂

These two cuties joined doggy daycare last week as fosters for Happy Tails Animal Rescue.

Both pups are getting along great with all the other dogs and it’s proving to be great socialisation for them

Both boys will be up for adoption next week after all their vet work has been completed so if interested in adopting either one please pm me

Early morning ritual when Lilly arrives for doggy daycare her and my Joe chase each other around the pool fence which has now become their racetrack 😂

This morning my foster puppy Dixie went to her new home and is settling in really well

Dixie is going to be missed especially by my doggy daycare German Shepherd Lilly who was her favourite play buddy

Bonnie is coming to the end of her 10 days at doggy daycare and we have thoroughly enjoyed having her here.

She might be the smallest but shes definitely become the boss dog here and has also become a serial sock thief 😂🥰

Today we welcomed Bonnie into our home for Doggy Daycare for the next 11 days while her owner is on holiday.

Such a gorgeous little dog settling in great with my dogs and now inside for the night playing with her toys 💕

Welcome to Miss Lilly a 4yr old GSD having her first day at doggy daycare and settling in beautifully

She’s only recently been adopted as her previous owner was unable to care for her properly. She’s currently on a strict diet and learning how to socialise with other dogs which she’s doing extremely well with

Despite her owner having a ‘professional’ groomer out recently her coat was still very thick so I’ve given her a groom this morning and got a bag of hair off her which will help her feel more comfortable I’m sure 💕

My first doggy daycare arrival this morning was 2yr old Murphy a labradoodle whose owner has decided to adopt my current foster, border collie Mia.

We thought it would be a good idea for the two dogs to spend a day at mine to become acquainted before Mia goes off to her new home in Jimboomba this afternoon

Everyone is getting along great and Murphy just like Mia, loves the paddling pool 😁

Happy Dogs Doggy Daycare

Located in Glenlogan I am offering a doggy daycare service at my home for $25 a day and for longer periods (ie holidays) by arrangement

I am a very experienced dog owner and foster carer having rescued and fostered over 250 dogs at my property over the last 6yrs. I currently have 3 dogs of my own who are desexed and very social and accepting of other dogs coming into their yard

I work from home so am here for most of the day and all dogs will have the run of a fully dog fenced 1/4 acre yard with a paddling pool in summer.

Plenty of shade and an industrial fan on the verandah where I have mattresses and can supply enough toys and dog beds for everyone

Any incoming dogs must be up to date with vaccinations as my dogs are and be social with other dogs.

Happy to give medications and if a dog needs to be confined due to injury or illness I have a large enclosure under my carport that can be used for that also

Happy to discuss any specific requirements in person and for you to come and see what my doggy daycare has to offer
