Avery's 1st official flyball race and she is on the board 💓
Avery is in season so we trained at home
All 3 girls had a ball. Brontè working from the 1st jump to retrieve her ball (1st time ever) and Avery working without a prop and keeling her turn. Lily, well she still loves it and loves a few little runs x

Avery is loving flyball and showing alot more drive and even talking and pulling prior to running. Just got to work on her turn without the prop. Stop clock was just over 5seconds 😊❤️
Barry who is from Dave/Avery litter is like his mumma... loves flyball and his training is coming along beautifully. Can't wait to see Jess and Barry racing
Having a bit of fun with the girls, Brontè and Avery
And laughing at Avery running straight past me with her ball 🤣 she definitely is loving flyball
Well 2 steps forward 1 step back.
Avery is now super keen to do full runs. She will cross closely with anyone and not blink (she just has eyes for her mumma). She's even back to single striding jumps as her confidence has grown and she knows her job..... BUT her lovely turn has disappeared, but before she can race I have to try and get it back. So back to 2 jumps in/4 jumps out to work at the turn. Now Avery.... Mumma wants you to race so get with the program 🙄🤣 who said dog training was easy
A great sniffing training session with Sniffy Business . Lily is loving the new training technique as am I. We're working together beautifully and I'm letting her take the lead.
Highly recommend Celeste Meier to anyone wanting to get into Scent Work. The location is perfect and so many different settings for a scent course.
Avery was a star today. Taking all the excitement in her stride. The only thing now is to work on keeping her turn when the prop isn't there.....
Closer and closer. Her full runs are getting more consistent and she's getting better at bringing the ball back. We're just working on how she handles lots of dogs around her racing at the same time. Also been training with another club so she is getting used to their box as it is a little slower when it releases the ball. So happy with my gal
Brontès 4 jump recall.
So proud of this little one. At 14mths old and only being old enough to go over jumps in the last 2mths.
What a great day at the Big Day Out for Dogs & Canine Christmas Market 2023 at Dogs Victoria grounds. This event was a demo and it's a great way to show off the sport we love and also give our beginners a great step towards them becoming a racing dog
Avery is now consistently doing full runs and even raced against another dog (with only 1 zoom over to say hello) 2024 I know she will start her racing career and I can't wait.
Brontè also got some valuable training and was consistently doing 4 jump recalls.
Were all exhausted but had a great day. Thanks for everyone to helped out
