Happy Easter Weekend!
Just a reminder that as much as we want to share the holiday with our four-legged family members, that doesn’t extend to sharing your Easter treats with them.
Chocolate & raisins (found in traditional Hot Cross Buns) are very toxic to dogs.
So make sure they are kept seperate until all of Easter bunny’s gifts are found or make them their own Easter hunt with dog-safe treats.

Hi All, we loved it so much last year we’re doing it again!
On the 7th April, Millie, myself & some of my grooming pals will be competing in the Adventure Dog Challenge. It’s like a Tough Mudder for you & your dog. We will be trekking through 4km of mud, obstacles, water & bushland all to raise money for Animal Aid.
Animal Aid is a wonderful shelter that helps reunite lost pets with their families & find loving homes for pets in need.

Michaela & I are very proud today! Both Millie & Merlot were accepted into the agility program at MODC!
Agility is great sport for active, eager to learn dogs and helps strengthen their obedience, confidence & self-control. It’s also great outlet for both physical & mental energy. Can’t wait to start training my little pocket rocket sports dog!

And that’s a wrap for us for 2023! It’s been a massive year with lots of changes and new challenges. We’ve welcomed new furry friends to the DTTC family and had to say hard goodbyes to some our dearest dogs.
This will be Michaela’s last Christmas with us as she has excitingly opened up her own salon and I couldn’t be prouder of her! She’ll be sticking with us through January before moving on to her exciting new venture. It’s been an absolute delight working with her for the last 18 months and I can’t wait to see her grow her own business.

As always, I want to thank you all for your support this year, as a small business we wouldn’t exist without you, our amazing clientele. 💜
Another thank you to those who dropped off Christmas gifts, the chocolates & cookies were a much needed sugar hit during the crazy December work days haha
One of the most valuable gifts that you can give a small business is positive reviews on google/social media (and it won’t cost you a cent!). I’d like to ask that this Christmas, you share the holiday cheer by dropping a review to not only us, but also any other small and/or locally owned businesses you have visited this month. It’ll only take you a few minutes, but will make a world a difference for the owners who are everyday people like us.

For now, I’m taking a much needed break to spend some time with family & my own pets. I’ll be keeping an eye on the work phone for anything urgent, otherwise I’ll get back to you once I get back to work on the 3rd January.

As we all know, life is busy. Let us take some admin out of your life by booking your pups grooming appointments for you.
Benefits of a recurring appointment;
• Less admin for you, just pop the dates in your calendar and that’s it!
• Always get the day/time that works for you; Our client list is full, so booking one appointment ahead doesn’t always guarantee an ideal time for you.
• Your dog is always groomed when they need it, not when we can get you in
• No worrying about hubby forgetting to book the next appointment at pick up, it’s already done!
• We book in 6 month blocks, not a full year, so you have flexibility with your schedule.
• Get booking dates 6 months in advance so you know if there will be a conflict with a holiday and we will rearrange for the perfect time before/after your holiday.

It’s so easy! If you’d like to be on a recurring schedule just let us know by phone or at your next appointment & we’ll do the rest. 💜🐾

Yesterday I had such fun helping run the Groomfinity Grooming Competition. It was such an awesome day watching other groomers display such skill and precision.
