I am using powdered purple carrot which gives a gorgeous mauve colour. I have made sprinkles from this icing for decoration.
Mix well then let it sit for around a minute before mixing again. At this point it may need more water or icing mix, depending on the type of colour you use (liquid, gel or powder) ๐พ๐ฅฐ๐พ
