Meet Hunter!

Today Mr. Hunter came to see me for a de-shed groom, he was the goodest boy and thoroughly enjoyed his groom from start to finish. He is now looking and feeling as fresh as a puppy!! 😍

Hi all ☺️
Hope everyone has had a very merry Christmas and is looking forward to the new year.

I thought I'd pop in and update on my return to work status after the birth of baby Aurora ☺️ which has unfortunately been delayed longer than planned due to an unexpected need to move house 😅 I'm still in junee thankfully and still planning to work in Wagga.
Atm the soft plan is to return the second week in January but I need to sort my new home first and I may also need to move the trailer to a new location for easier access to care for Aurora but will update as things change.
There will also be a price rise in the New Year. Unfortunately I am not immune to the rising cost of living across the board and while I have absorbed this for some time it's no longer feasible for me to do so, please keep an eye out for an updated price list.
And finally... I am closing my books temporarily while I get back into the groove of things ☺️
What does this mean?
Essentially I will not be accepting one off or new clients at all which will hopefully make me more available to my current clientele ☺️
This does not include new puppies added to my existing families just no new people ❤️

Bubby and I are doing really well and are very grateful for all the well wishes 💝

Ladies and gents and Doggos of all ages...
The impending birth of my bubba girl creeps closer and I have officially been handed my induction date ☺️ because of this I have decided to start my official maternity leave on the 15th of October.
There have been a very select few who I have spoken too about your dogs with special or specific needs associated with grooming while I am off work and those people are more than welcome to contact me at any time and I am always ready willing and able to help however I am ☺️ otherwise I will post as soon as bubs is safely in the world for you all to see aswell as the plan for my return to work once I have one ☺️
I will miss all the doggos and people who have supported myself and my family and for anyone who can't wait for my return to work I'd like to refer you to Amanda at brights pet grooming ☺️ I have connected with Amanda specifically preparing for this moment and I believe she has the ability and more importantly the heart to care for all the pup pups I love so much (I will also be available with any hints, tricks and help I can provide Amanda with along the way) ☺️

Hey guys sorry for the delay in replying to msgs I usually post before I take a holiday but totally forgot this time I've been off work due to my sister (finally) getting married after a 15yr engagement 😂 so my mind has been elsewhere ☺️

I'm going to post these videos just because it's hilarious and I haven't stopped laughing but just some content warning... I am absolutely not grooming cats on the regular... I'm also pretty sure I drop an F bomb or two 😂😂

Back story: my cat vanished for approximately 19days, very unlike him as he is a needy, fat butt who was bottle fed from 2 days old. I got him back about 2-3weeks ago thanks to a neighbour who spotted him but since then he has had some issues with mobility and being able to self groom... I decided given my pregnancy the easiest thing for him and me would be a haircut...

Just a friendly announcement that I have 3... That's right only 3 Saturday appointments left between now and my maternity leave... There are still plenty of week day appointments available but if you require a weekend only appointment please keep this in mind.

Although there is a possibility of me opening up a Sunday or two this will only happen if I have free weekdays to use as weekends and only as a last resort so please do not depend on this 100% happening as it may not. I will post if I do decide to open one up ☺️

Just dropping in with a little reminder that my bubby is due mid to late October and then I will be on maternity leave for approximately 6-8weeks.
I have also reduced the number of dogs I am doing per day as well meaning appointments between now and when I finish up are limited if you are thinking about booking your pooch before I go on leave this is your sign to do so ☺️ I will update once I know what day my induction will for sure be happening as well as some recommendations of fantastic groomers who I know will take care of any appointments I can't manage while in recovery ❤️

I have some exciting news 😃

Snip Doggy Dogg is expanding with the addition of a new jnr staff member due to enter the world 01/11/2022.

Now what does this mean for grooming?
For small dogs nothing will change except for a few weeks directly after the birth where I will obviously need to recover lol bigger dogs will slowly be scaled back depending on their behavior or my ability to get an assistant on certain days ☺️ any larger dogs that are willing to jump into the bath and table ect are the exception as lifting is my main concern ☺️
I am happy to answer any questions if you have concerns about your pooch ☺️

I love my job and don't expect to stay away for long at all ☺️
