From time to time retiring breeders become available for loving homes. All Rapscallion parents are DNA tested for genetic disorders, hip x-rayed and annually heart scanned and a copy of these results are supplied with the kittens.

Occasionally, a baby comes along who decides they are going to take their own good time to thrive and develop. Purrsonality had one of these babies in her litter. So I wanted to make sure that the vet was happy with her before letting it be known she was around. She is now 8 Weeks old - she is known as "Midget Widget". She is small for her age (750 gm) but is doing well - she has put on 250 gm in the last 2 weeks. She does have small ears at this point in time and she has a short tail. She has had 2 vet checks and the vets have been happy with her progress. And what she currently lacks in size she makes up for in personality. So, here's Midget Widget she is looking for a bed to call her own and she will be ready to leave with her litter mates from 28 Oct 23. She's a Black Torti and a standard foot.

Congratulations to Rapscallion Ma-Belle Mistique and her mum Bec on their debut show today. Ma-Belle placed in all 3 rings. She placed 6th, 9th and 10th in the Longhair Kitten rings at the QICC show.

You're never too old

Just had to share this...... You're never too old to interact with a new toy. 4 MC (2 are 11 years old Marduk & Ishtar, 1 is 8 years old Topaz and the other is 6 years old Spicey). The toy is a $6 KMart special.
