Miss Tonka (Seareach Umenor Undomiel) has matured SLOWLY into a somewhat dominant character - totally at odds with her mother Lucy who was one of the most laid back bi***es I have known. So working through her apparent plan to step up to 'BETA LEVEL' will be a work in progress. 🥴

When your sister looks like the lovely Indi does - it can sometimes seem like you are playing second fiddle 🤔
Which is why it's good to remind AQUAGIRL frequently here that her combination of European substance, topline and temperament in a correct standard size make her an essential future link in the chain here. And of course an extremely fun youngster to have tag around with me here at the farm or whenever the ute hits the road.

OK - we are getting used to this wet stuff again 😉 And Ranger is already regaining his water wings. 'DangerMouse' has actually been in slow and steady recovery mode after life saving surgery (huge thanks to Sonza Vet Hospital). But he's now back to his usual boisterous bouncy self - so please disregard the rumours of his untimely demise🤯

Miss Pippin (Seareach Nena Nalini) turned 8 this week - she remains hale and hearty and a firm favourite. Pip is from our European related female line and features a combination of European and Australian lines. She looks just as stylish as ever😎 and still hasn't decided to slow down.

Off to town today with this youngster to get some exposure. Karbon is from our last litter and has been a slow to mature and develop youngster. But he is filling out beautifully now and it will be interesting to let him investigate.

Well today was hot and humid and just uncomfortable. We spent the morning digging holes to plant trees - and my Number 1 offsider - Miss Birdie had hell's own job trying to get comfortable when we finished 😁 one minute she was looking 'all style' and the next....

Miss Lily home from hospital late yesterday and tucked into her dinner no problem. None the worse for wear - and having a slow morning stroll. Pathology results to review yet but fingers crossed for now😊

The dogs love racing around in the showers - if only they appreciated a sit down with a hot coffee as much as the rest of us! So the weekend was welcomed by Karbon and Tonka😊 always on the lookout for the next adventure (read mischief) 😉

Miss Lily has another trial ahead. Unfortunately she has a mammary tumour that has materialised rather quickly. She heads off for surgery next week - until then she is enjoying access to lots of extra treats and cuddles.

Registered as SEAREACH VANYAR VEARWEN - she has consistently been a treasure hunter ! That trait doesn't seem set to change - and for that reason her kennel name is Indy! 😊

Now as her first birthday approaches she is growing into her very stylish self, that she promised as a small puppy. She represents her pure European heritage beautifully.

Hot and windy here today - so Miss Lily (Seareach Lada Llaella) was busy helping me ensure all water troughs and kennel buckets clean and full😊 On her second lease of life and just enjoying every minute.

One of Bella's beautiful daughters and our perpetual comedian - Hiccup has a grin that is infectious. Although Seareach Ronins Rhevelation is withheld from the breeding kennel due to her sire's untimely death - she remains to fill our days with her boundless enthusiasm and fun.

Dozer has been on a diet - he is totally unimpressed and remains perpetually optimistic that food will fall from the sky. But the loss of his puppy fat is a plus for his looks as well as his outlook 😎 he's ready to embark on a little more training 😉

Here at SEAREACH we strive to breed a dobermann that we feel is representative of the strong bodied, substantial, healthy, smart and loving dog that epitomised the Dobermann breed decades ago. Our dogs are first and foremost our companions. They enjoy life here on the farm with us - and as part of that we also enjoy obedience training and limited breed showing as time permits. Our dobermanns are strongly bred on European bloodlines - some of our dogs are pure European blood and the others are high percentage European lines. We believe the European dobermann was the original and is still the BEST.
