A reminder to monitor your dogs in the heat today.

Before you go for a walk, touch the ground for 10 seconds. If it is too hot for your hand, it is too hot for your dog's paws.

If you do go out, take water.
Xavier always packs his trusty foldable dog bowl and drink bottle. You can get these from most pet stores.

Try to walk somewhere shady and give your dog a rest and water when needed.

Other animals also struggle in the heat. If you can, try leaving some water out for the birds ❤️
