Pheasant & The Fox is a family run business with a passion for breeding beautiful purebred heritage chickens and regenerative farming.

Our heritage chicken breeds are all purebred from retained lines. We supply our birds to breeders, showers and those who simply love a stunning bird in the yard with the bonus of fresh eggs. It is our chickens that led us onto our journey for producing ginger and garlic and we are passionate about producing Australian grown and chemical free foods.

Welcome to Pheasant & The Fox!

We have been breeding chickens and growing produce for years now since we made our tree change, and have now taken the plunge and consolidated it all under Pheasant & The Fox.

If your wondering, our name was inspired by our lovely little village nestled in the Wollondilly Shire, Pheasants Nest (I didn't know this place existed till we moved here and now I wouldn't live anywhere else!), and our surname which translates to Fox.
