FOSTER CARER URGENTLY NEEDED for poor sweet Humphrey !!! This poor street cat is at SERIOUS RISK OF DEATH on the streets. 😭 He has been vet checked and had his wounds treated but desperately needs a foster carer to keep him off the streets! Just to clarify, this cat is not currently under the care of Sydney pet rescue and adoption. We can only take him under our care if we have a foster carer for him. We are helping his feeder find a foster carer and then can take him under our care 🤞🤞🤞

**Update** 16/10/24 URGENT!!! 3 adult cats and two kittens have now been spotted. 😀👍We don't know what happed to make them so frightened and disappear for a few days and we have severe concerns for their safety. We can't get them out of this situation unless we have some temporary foster carers who can take them in. Shout our to our very kind supporter Jackie who provided us with another very generous supply of cat food (pictured). Thanks so much Jackie. This food is currently being distributed to feed colony cats in Kogarah/ Bexley and Cronulla/ Kurnell. 😀👍 See photos of some of the colony cats enjoying the food! Jackie also donated some amazing a large amount vintage mint condition Barbie Dolls and other amazing toys for us to sell for fundraising. ‼️ URGENT ‼️ These poor street Cats & Kittens at risk of death. Foster Carers urgently needed to save them. 😭 We are working with very kind and concerned community members to save these cats but we can only save them if we can find foster carers for them. A vet has offered to take in the kittens into a vet adoption program but only after they have been socialized so we desperately need foster carers. They are living in a very unsafe location and many complaints have been made about them, making them in a very sad and vulnerable position.

One of the adult cats has a leg injury that needs urgent attention and we just dont know what other injuries these cats are suffering with. There are some offers from the community to help with some of the vet costs and desexing the cats but if they are returned to this location they will be collected by pest control and put to sleep any day now! Please help us help them! 🙏🙏

We are also seeking donations of cat food, flea and worming which will be provided to those taking care of the cats.

As you know we are in desperate need of funding for critical vet care for our own rescued pets but we would like to also help cover some of the vet costs for these cats to help get them off the street and into safe, loving homes that they deserve. Humphrey has found a lovely foster family, with possible adoption, pending foster trial period of 4 - 6 wks. Hooray for Humphrey! 🙂
Thank you to all of our kind supporters who donated to help Humphrey and to everyone who helped share his posts and offer kind words of support. the other homeless cats who were threatened with poisoning. Amanda will be using some of the money to set Humphrey up in foster care, and to get him further vet care. 🙂 We will get some photos of Humphrey when he is settled in foster care. Thanks Again 💙, We couldn't of done this without your help!!! Yayyy Humphrey! 🥲

There are more adult cats, and kittens where Humphrey came from, who have been threatened with poisoning, who need urgent rescue and vet care. They urgently need secure foster care to make their rescue possible.

💙Happy World Animal Month💙To celebrate World Animal Month we will be having a facebook fundraising auction which will start 17 October 2024 😀 100% of proceeds will go towards critical vet care for our rescused pets.

We have some gorgeous pots and plants and some awesome donated items to auction off including original Artwork donated by Butterfly Splat and a Pet Friendly 3 night Getaway at Fendalton Farm, Jaspers Brush.. but we desperately need more items.

Do you have any good quality new or used auction item to donate for our Auction? We would love some gift vouchers, weekend getaways, dining & accommodation vouchers or other items to auction off to help pay for critical veterinary bills for our sick rescued pets. It would also be really helpful if someone could please donate some fresh herbs and organic potting mix suitable for herb pots. Other ideas welcome.
