Hi all!

It is with a heavy heart that I am posting to let everyone know that I will be needing to put the business on hold for some time.

I will be moving to the other side of the city and am unable to continue pet sitting for at least the next 18 months.

I will miss seeing all your beautiful pets and I wish you all nothing but the best!
Hopefully in future KD Pet Care will be back and running in the south east suburbs!! ❤️

Happy Wednesday everyone!!

With so many back to back bookings happening, I will plan on finishing pet sitting before midday on the last day of my stay, if you require me to stay after midday, there will be an additional charge of an extra day.

An estimate of your return time will be discussed prior to my stay to make sure we are both on the same page and keeping communication open 😊

Wishing everyone and their furry friends a Happy New Year!! 🎆🎇

If you have any anxious pets that may scare from the loud noises of fireworks, make sure to keep them inside with lots of reassurance!

This night is when most dogs escape and become lost due to being scared, so to avoid this make sure you are keeping an eye on them and providing them with the comfort they need!

I will be spending my New Years Eve with these handsome boys and making sure they feel safe on this crazy night!!

☀️REMEMBER WE WEAR SHOES, THEY DON’T!!!!

An important reminder this summer that concrete can burn your dogs feet!!!!

Avoid taking your dog for a walk in the middle of the day! Walking your dog early morning or evening is best for your dog to avoid heat stroke and burnt paws!

If you struggle to walk on the concrete in bare feet during this weather, they do too!!!!!! ☀️

These two gorgeous boys have come a long way since first meeting them!

After a couple of visits helping Tony Kenneth and Nelson Anthony get comfortable with me, they were able to sit this close and get some pats without their mum or dad being in the room!

I am beyond proud of how far they have come already and I am slowly gaining their trust, it is truly rewarding and why I do what I do 🐶

TODAY IS NATIONAL VET NURSE DAY!!

Vet nursing is an extremely rewarding career, from entering the door to leaving after consult/surgery we are always making sure it is a positive experience for patients!
Although it is not always cuddling cute puppies and kittens, it is taxing and hard work.
It’s these moments that make it all worth it, being able to help animals in pain and create strong bonds with both patients and clients.

Happy Vet Nurse Day to all my fellow vet nurses, you are doing amazing and are very appreciated!

Met the lovely Harry and Alfie today for a nail trim!

These two beautiful boys rummaged through my bag for treats and were a delight to work with😆

If you own cats, you know how certain situations may cause severe stress, this is why I offer nail trims in the comfort of their own home!
They are more relaxed and comfortable, making it a more pleasant experience for both them and yourself🐱🐱

Hi All!

A little bit about myself!

I’m a veterinary nurse with a bachelors degree in veterinary and wildlife science, and currently studying my cert IV in vet nursing!

I have worked with both domesticated and wild animals (Gumbuya World) and am extremely comfortable with all kinds of species and breeds!

I offer pet/house sitting, dog walking and daily check ups/feeding. Whether it be for dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, bunnies or reptiles, you name it, I am happy to do it all!
