Great Southern Groodle Sadie
We had such a terrific time with Sadie!
Sadie is the ultimate kid-centred dog, she seeks their cuddles and their playtime. She is so relaxed around the house, an absolute gem when working from home. The ultimate foot warmer under the desk!
Sadie is mellow, very balanced in her disposition, calm, quiet and loving. She like to be surrounded by her humans and is a great couch warmer. The kids are drawn to her comforting and relaxed presence.
Sadie enjoys car rides, swimming, school pick up and did I mention daytime naps? She is the easiest dog to take out because she is just happy to be included. She is great friends with Maple and played so beautifully with the fur crew. She is so respectful and considerate.
Sadie is a beautiful representation of a Great Southern Groodle and I'm proud she is part of the family! She is living a great life in Albany with her family and close to three of her siblings, so there are regular playdates.
We cannot wait to see the puppies she will produce in 2025, I've no doubt they will be epic l just like their Mum!
Maple, 6 months old and Master Groodle, age 4 are two peas in a pod and always together!
We cannot wait our first litter of medium sized Groodles in the future! Her puppies will also be hypoallergenic and our first truly non shedding puppies.

One of my favourite jobs, once all puppies are settled into their new homes, is to create our puppies newborn photo albums. Empty nest syndrome is real, but this important job to scroll through thousands of photos and choose a select few sure fills my cup!
After a short fight with the printer while attempting to print address labels, the photobooks were successfully posted today.

Eye contact.
It may not be eye - to- eye, especially not at first. If my puppy is generally looking at me, I am totally paying for that!
A well trained dog is one whose attention is on their owner.
When it comes to more advanced skills later on, such as recall, loose lead walking, sit and stay - none of that is even remotely possible if your dog is not looking at you
These tips are not a one and done kind of situation. It is not a once per week training event, It is regularly throughout the day. Training a new dog is a commitment, It is consistency, It is persistence. It must be fun for both of you.
