It seems we will be entering 2021 with a bang or rather a belly😂😂

Today we confirmed our girl Wynter Von Diamond pregnant and carrying 6-8 little ones.

Sire of this litter is our own A'Kilo vom Shireoaks.

The litter is expected the 10th of Jan 2021.

Often times buyers and owners present with what they expect of their new puppy or dog but most of the time they don't have a clue what it takes to reach that goal or the time and commitment it requires.

Here are some tips.

1. Buy a quality puppy who is healthy and well bred.
2. Provide a safe and secure environment for the puppy and its development
3. Choose the right trainer (they aren't all the same)
4. Manage your expectations and commit to the training
5. Enjoy the journey.

Yesterday we posted the standard or accepted colours of the today we take a look at those not accepted. These colours though attractive, do not fall with in the breed standard and as such are disqualified from the show ring and breeding.

A little knowledge for you today😄
In the color genetics of the German Shepherd, Sable (aw aw) is the dominate color. Then there is Black and Tan (as as), Bi color (at at), and Black (a a) which is recessive. Those are the standard and recognized colors by the SV.

Patience is a virtue and we have been nothing but patient. Our Ranger El Dorado was mated to Seras vom Watcher des Haus😄. All being well we should expect puppies in early June🤞🤞🤞.
