খাঁচায় পোষা #ফরপাস পাখির বিভিন্ন দিক মানুষকে জানাতে, অভিজ্ঞতার বিনিময় ও লালন-পালনে আগ্রহী করতে সম্প্রতি Forpus Society of Bangladesh-এ হয়ে গেলো অন্যরকম এক প্রতিযোগিতা। ঐ গ্রুপে ফরপাস ব্রীডার/কীপারদের করা পোস্ট বিচারে নির্বাচিত তিনজন বিজয়ীকে Forpus Nation-এর পক্ষ থেকে দেওয়া হলো কিছু গিফ্ট। আশা করি বর্তমান ও ভবিষ্যৎ বিজয়ীরা উৎসাহ পাবেন ও জোগাবেন।👏

পকেটে পুরে রাখার মত টিয়া দেখেছেন? #ফরপাস বা #প্যারটলেট নামে পরিচিত খাঁচায় পোশা এই পাখিরই আদুরে ডাকনাম 'পকেট প্যারট'।

> মেজাজে বড় পাখিকেও হার মানায়, কিন্তু দেখতে তুলিতে আঁকা নানান রঙের ছোট্ট একেকটা পুতুল। প্রায় সব মিউটেশনই দেশে পাওয়া যায়, কিন্তু মিশ্র-মিউটেশনের খেলা শেষ হবার না। আকারে ছোট বলে জায়গা লাগে কম। বাচ্চা অবস্থায় হ্যান্ডফীডিং করিয়ে টেইমও করেন অনেকে।
