Today we had the pleasure of spending the day with Ginger and Toby. Toby is one of Mini and Max’s puppies from our Spring of 2024 litter. Ginger is a sweet pup from West Coast mini dachshunds

We love having visitors and Max and Phoebe were super thrilled to play with their four legged friends today! 🐾 And the best part of all was sitting together and having a coffee and a visit with their Mama when she came to pick up the pups. The friendships and connections formed in our community have been a gift in my life that I don’t take for granted. 🫶🏻

Toby took it upon himself to drink Kate’s water, it was fitting for him to drink outta her dachshund mug, haha! 🤣Also, if you think Toby looks like Bruno, who I shared photos of yesterday, it’s because they are brothers from the same litter. When they were puppies we couldn’t tell them apart. 🖤🤎

Meet Oakley 🤎🤍🤎

If you haven’t met Oakley yet, let me introduce her. Oakley is my Moms sweet Red Fox Labrador. She lives on our property and is a gentle soul and has always been most patient with Penelope.

If we are boarding your pups, Oakley will sure to be a calm friend, company on a walk up and down the driveway and share a spot next to the fire when we visit my Mom. Although she doesn’t live with us, she looks out for our pups and all of our 4 legged visitors.

This weekend she got to stay with our family while my Mom was away and Oakley was spoiled with love, snuggles in bed and lots of playtime in the snow. ❄️

Her and I have always had a special bond. 🫶🏻🤍

Sweet Bruno has grown up and isn’t he just perfect?! 🖤🤎

Bruno is Max and Mini’s puppy from their Spring 2024 litter. His Mama sent me these updated photos and shared a photo of Bruno with her Dad’s Great Dane named Earl, saying that they’re best friends despite the size difference!

She shared, “Bruno is doing so well and is still the sweetest pup. He’s so friendly and loves all dogs and people. He’s quite confident and has a spunky personality.”

We love when our Sumas Mountain Miniature Dachshund families send us updates! 🤍
