🎄✨ Meet “The Elements,” our shiny black kitten crew hoping to find homes before the holidays. ✨🎄

This adorable litter includes Aluminum, Silicon, Helium, Mercury, and Neon, each with their own unique personality and charm. They’ve grown up in foster care, are well socialized, and are ready to bring joy, laughter, and plenty of purrs into their future families.

A little about them:
💠 Aluminum is playful and goofy.
💛 Silicon is gentle and observant.
💠 Helium is sweet and loves sticking close.
💛 Mercury is bold, confident, and full of character.
💠 Neon is stretchy, silly, and always ready to play.

The Elements are currently available for viewing at PetSmart Sumas in Abbotsford.
To arrange an interactive meet and greet, we require a pre-approved adoption application.

All kittens come:

✔️ With a 6-week pet insurance trial

Adoption fees:

Adult male tabby has been brought into care tonight after members of the public expressed concern over her as she was in a panicked state.

Found: In the Marshall Road/Meadows Street area of Abbotsford.

NO Permanent ID was located on him (No microchip or tattoo)

Believed to be intact, he is estimated to be 5-7 years of age; larger cat 5.8kg.

If you believe him to be yours or someone you knows please have them email us at [email protected] commenting is not reccomended for claiming.

He is being treated for main parasites and is safe for the night.

How Much Impact Can 159 Spay/Neuter Vouchers Make? A LOT.

Did you know that this year ACD issued 159 low-cost spay/neuter vouchers to help community members and community cats across the Fraser Valley?
And because about 65% of those vouchers were for females, the ripple effect is massive.

📉 What does that mean for kitten births?
Using very conservative estimates (2 litters per year, ~4 kittens per litter), those 103 female cats would have produced:

🐾 ≈ 800 kittens in the next 12 months
🐾 ≈ 400 kittens in just 6 months

That’s hundreds of kittens who will NOT be born into a cycle of homelessness, illness, starvation, and suffering.
And that’s only counting females, we haven’t even added the impact of neutering males, which prevents roaming, fighting, and more pregnancies across multiple colonies.

Every voucher represents prevented suffering, fewer overcrowded shelters, less strain on rescues, and more resources for the cats already here and needing care.

Meet Imma & Evangeline — two tiny 4-week-old sisters we recently brought into care from an active TNR site after their littermates were no longer with them. These two were the only babies still hanging on, and we weren’t about to leave them behind.
They are truly the bestest of friends. They nap together, play together, climb together, and waddle around like one little unit. And those milk moustaches after their bottle feedings? Absolutely heart-melting.
While “kitten season” may be winding down, kittens like Imma & Evangeline are still being born and still needing urgent intervention, bottle feeding, medical care, and safe foster homes. Your support helps us ensure the ones who survive get the chance they deserve.
These sisters are not accepting applications at this time, and likely won’t be until the new year — they’ve still got lots of growing, healing, and learning to do. For now, they’re safe, warm, and thriving in foster care thanks to this incredible community. 💛🐾
