This is Shelees last litter before she RETIRES. I got Shelee four years ago when I lived in Mexico. Her ears and eyes touched my soul. She is the best free whelper, mom, an amazing girl. I definitely will be keeping one of her pups so they can be with their mom for years to come! Shelee will stay with me and be spayed next spring!

Next year around Feb or March I will be having Persian babies!!!! I love Persians and have always had them in my life.
Naomi and Shelee will be retiring after this litter and Chantilly will have one more next spring. I'm going to do a bit of traveling and then come back and figure out where I'm going to live. So far: Saskatchewan. Manitoba. QUEBEC. Or Yellowknife. Which do you think?
I'm also going to introduce another dog breed into the program. Pomeranians. Dauschounds. Greyhound, or Papillion.

Hey Clients, heads up! As waitlists for litters fill up if you are wanting a FEMALE it is best to secure them. Females go quick as well as tiny males. I know that people want to meet the puppy first and see if they bond. Pups will bond with you no matter what, they are socialized since birth.

I breed both long and short coats in a variety of colors.

Adult weight of puppies will generally be in the 3-6 pound range but can not be guaranteed.

Prices begin at $2000 and increase based on quality of puppy.
A non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit will be required to hold a puppy of buyer's choice. At 8 weeks the remaining balance of the puppy is due.
I send weekly updated pictures of your puppy until they are age appropriate to leave mom and their litter mates. 8 to 12 weeks old. Everyone loves to watch their baby growing.

Please be aware prices of puppies are subject to change until a deposit is received.
I may give you a price verbally but that does not necessarily apply the longer I have the puppy without a deposit placed.

Puppies will be available for pickup when they are age appropriate. Until that age they are cared for in my home and handled daily and started on potty pad training.

Upon pickup, puppies will have age appropriate vaccinations and will be de wormed times 3. They will have nails trimmed, a small bag of their food and a blanket from mom. Puppies come with a 2 year genetic health guarantee.

I ship puppies via ground transport and flight nanny or I will meet within 1 to 2 hours from my home. If pups are being transported via air, we will wait until approximately 14 weeks and ground transport is 10 to 12 weeks.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I, the breeder, make no guarantees or warranty that you, the buyer, will be able to show or breed this puppy regardless of its potential. No guarantee is made as to the weight, color, coat length or temperament.
We, as breeders, can "guesstimate" but cannot guarantee adult size. Some puppies stop growing and others get larger than expected. We cannot guarantee color to stay the same in an adult as a puppy. As the puppy grows, some coloration shows up more and some less. We, as breeders, cannot guarantee that a puppy will be a breeder. There are many variables: for the female; adult size, structure of pelvis etc. and for the male; adult size, low s***m production, no interest in breeding, etc.

If for any reason you are unable to care for and keep your Chihuahua, I will take the Chihuahua back and care for him/her so that you do not have to find a responsible home or have to worry if the Chihuahua will be taken care of properly. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

If your puppy is ready to go and I am to hold onto the puppy for a week or longer, puppy is to be paid in FULL as to prove your commitment to the fur baby.

Refunds are only given if something has happened to your puppy, preventing the fur baby medically. I will offer you another puppy, and or a different litter at a different date. Refunds are rarely given. If I am to be threatened in any way, I will block the conversation and not return to it until the matter can be resolved, civilly.
