Recipe:
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup whipping cream
Handful of gingerbread cookies
In a blender combine your ice cream, whipping cream and gingerbread cookies. Blend until smooth.
Pour into your favourite glass and top with fresh whipped cream. Top with some festive sprinkles and a gingerbread cookie.
