Green Acres Pet Care has been in operation since 1997 and we commit to providing a clean facility and quality service at a reasonable price. We offer a professional boarding kennel service tailored to meet the needs of every guest. Big, small, young or old, we are experienced and able to accommodate all their individual needs. We welcome both short and long term boarding services and are currently

completing improvements in order to provide convenient affordable day care service as well. Discounts apply to stays over 15 days and for those guests that stay with us often - please see Boarding Fees. We are experienced with many breeds and will accept all breeds for boarding and care. We love cats too, however our limited space only allows us to accept cats for boarding when they come as a companion with your dog.

Old Sweet Hunter the G-Shep has been coming to Green acres before my time of 10.5 years - 1 year ago he lost his partner in crime, Bria another G-Shep he lived with.

We are always thrilled to have him make new friends. This is Beautiful Luna! ❤️❤️❤️

February 15, 2021 Green Acres Kennel helped house / care for 18 Golden Retrievers for 6 months that were rescued from China.

It is wonderful to follow their Forever Family

Tahoma (Front ) was the Senior & Biggest.
He has lost 15 lbs - can now walk upto 1.5 miles - has 3 other Peers in his Home to play with.

We can’t thank Candi & her Husband enough for their love and dedication to these Fur Balls

All the Staff of Green Acres had a Huge part in this Once in a Life Time Rescue.

There is a mild strain of Kennel Cough going around and I have seen dogs coming down with it - my own dog for one and a few of my guest dogs.

If you see signs of mild coughing, Please isolate your dog from dog parks , kennels, and keep your dog on a leash away from other dogs.

Also, if you are visiting a vet clinic make sure there is no dogs seating in the waiting room that are potential carriers.

Remember, it’s like a common cold & the cough should go away in 10 days

Thank you to so many of our customers that reached out and were worried for us - We had a okay sleep at the kennel on mats and were monitoring the outside surroundings every couple of hours.

There were many people reaching out to evacuate dogs via boat.

So glad for neighbour community and bits of everyone’s information.

Yolanda , thx for letting me know an ambulance went by your house.

Spurred me to go for a drive and see how I could get out, once I realized I could head down Highway one east going west with some dogs the owners were grateful to meet me at Whatcom Road.

What could I say - mid June it picked up & never slowed down til Sept 13th

So many families got out and had a vacation and created memories while they left their beautiful pets with us

The Biggest Shout out to my hubby (Doug)for installing Water Misters 💦on the hottest record breaking day in 43 years in the back kennel runs.
