Welcome to the family MILLIE.

Millie is a 10 month old (I think) long hair mini Dachshund. She is having sleepovers right now but will hopefully be joining the crew for group walks as she is a natural.

She has been playing hard with LINUS this fine morning. Outside and inside. She loves treats and is quite the love bug.

Please help me Welcome Millie and her lovely humans to the family!!

I love surprises!!

These are from Emmy and Bentley's family as they had some renovations this week so Bentley has been with me for some sleepovers. He is a beautiful big lug who likes to sit on laps and give wet slobbery kisses and spoon while sleepy time.

Went to see my boy MONTY around noon today. He is such a lovely lad. Normally we pay hide n go seek with food, he eats very fast so I put little bits of his kibbles in all his favourite spots.

This GUY!!

Story time folks!

For those of you who know me, know I am a huge proponent for raw feeding. It took me a hot minute......well about 4 years to convince Bentley's owners to switch them to raw food.

Things that have changed......

1. Muscle tone
2. Fur quality
3. Stinkiness....no stinky no more
4. Eye health
5. Small and I mean tiny p**ps and no gut dysbiosis.
6. Anxiety in home and car have almost disappeared
7. Feets.... where story time comes in.

For the last 3 or 4 years Bentley has had massive HYPERKERATOSIS on all 4 Paws, which is an overgrowth of keratin in the paw pads. They were rough and looked like they had spikey mushrooms growing on his paw pads. This is caused by a lack of ZINC and other minerals.

He was on kibble his entire life until January 2024.

Don't get me wrong it was a challenge to get his gut in line with the new real food. But we did it.

Today I sat on the floor and did his nails for the first time in many months and his paw pads are soft and supple. The Hyperkeratosis has almost resolved itself.

This is the power of real food.

On Sad News Front our friend OLLY who just rejoined the Explorer Pet Care - Rocky Enterprises family passed away due to illness on July 1, 2024.

I was going to post earlier but trying to get thru the heartbreak of his passing was a tough one.

I send love to his family Ashley & Laura and their girls.

We are forever grateful for Olly as he actually saved the life and changed the thought process in food for our beautiful girl Molly when Ollys mom gave me his food and supplements that were new. I am grateful that Ollys life was here to help Molly as well.

Thank you Olly. You will be forever a part of my heart. You were a rockstar til the end.

I love you and will see you on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge.
