Marvin went home for his owner to continue with him, he got started on the pattern and hauled around to see new sights this summer. Can't wait to see them work together! That being said I now have another opening for a training horse.. if you want a c**t started(min 2 months) or more miles, patterning, desensitization ect. All horses are exposed to cattle, tractors, cutting flag, trails(when/if they're ready), and usually in the fall they get used to gun shots. Feel free to ask about my program, what I feed ect.

The Marci Powell Clinic I just hosted was a huge success that we just had to have her come back next year in March. I already have a list going that's almost full.
I am still working out the details and exact costs. Please send me a message and I'll get you put on the list. We are almost full enough that there will probably be a waiting list!
It's a little earlier in the year but it'll give us motivation to be ready for Fair or an early start to our season!

Morning Round pen & Gound work.
Learn how to connect with your horse in the round pen and how to help your horse become responsive, respectful and soft with the halter and bridle work.

Afternoon Horsemanship.
Work with your horse under saddle learn how to release with the right timing and feel. Move your horse's individual body parts and keep them soft ect.

Time: morning 9:30am to 12:30pm.
Lunch break with questions.
Afternoon 1:15pm to 4:15

Cost: $60/session
$100/day if you attend both

Kids horse night for the month of May! Every Thursday I will be doing kids equine theory and hands on learning from 5pm to 6pm we will do a mix of book work(learning parts of the horse/saddle ect) as well as learning how to brush pick out horses feet, hands on anatomy ect. After the 4 weeks if kids are interested we can continue on with more lessons on and off the horse. DM me for info if interested. Ages 7 and up! Located 10 minutes south of Arborg.

Irvines all around 13.5inch seat(cantle to padding). Comfy saddle and fit lots of horses. I bought it from irvines 2 years ago used at Irvines and haven't used it as much as I thought I would and I need another barrel saddle instead. Didn't come with stirrup hobbles and I never got around to getting any for it.
I will clean it better before sold.

Planning a vet day for either end of April or May. I'll have a vet coming to do vaccines, teeth and coggins. If anyone is close to me in the Arborg/Fraserwood area and would be needing vet services let me know.

We currently have limited spots left for training for 2024 May to October. Our hauling/barrel racing spots are booked now but I will have a waitlist incase there's a cancelation.

General training is $900/month
Legging up/Conditioning is $800/month

Included in prices are hay, 24/7 access to water, salt, mineral, shelter/wind block and oats. Equine massage/body work is also included.

2024 is looking great. We are already have a whole list of what events we will be headed to and a couple amazing sponsors behind us!

We have a derby horse and an open horse in the trailer with room for only ONE more futurity, derby or open horse. If you want to send your horse for training and hauling please send me a message sooner than later! Reasonable rates, horses get bodywork done regularly, regular trimming, my personal and outside horses are fed the amazing Technavet feed program at home and on the road, great quality grass/alfalfa hay, their own pen. Lots of exposure, outside riding and of course on the pattern, flag, cows ect.
