A bull moose all the way from a very successful hunt in Newfoundland. A group of 8 came back with 6 moose.

This will be an antler mount on barn board with a camo covering for the skull plate.

A customer brought in a bear they took down this year. She is pretty certain that this is the same bear that she grazed last year that ran off since it had a huge scar in the same spot.

Therefore I was asked to reproduce the wound on its neck.

Another solid buck brought in tonight. This one was taken down with a bow, just south of London.

It will be a pack mount when completed.

My preference for a mount is always a dorsal cut (down the back) unless you want a rug.

Can anyone say OPENING WEEK!!! This Tuesday starts the crossbow season for deer in most parts of Ontario! 🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌

I am offering Deer and Moose processing once again this year; with October always being a tad warm I do have Refrigeration in my unit to chill carcasses if they are shot that day.❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️

Also only a few spots left for booking large animal in these few fall months and into the winter if you are needing a Mobile Butcher to process your animals on farm!

I received something yesterday that is unusual for this area. A customer brought in a small MOUNTAIN GOAT that he bagged during a hunt in BC. We will clean it up and make a unique wall hanger with the hide.

Boarding a bear for a rug. This is the largest black bear I have rugged.

For context, the board is 8 ft x 4 ft. The legs still need to be stretched out and boarded adding another couple feet on the sides

The bear also has a split ear and a massive battle wound on its neck that the customer wants to keep, so I will recreate the appearance of the wound during finishing work.
