Spotted at the resort: one of Santa’s lesser known reindeer stopped by and now we’re stocked up with treats and toys if you need to pick up some presents for your best friend! If you’re lucky you might even get to see our little Lexie hanging out at reception. 🎅🦌🎁

Countdown to Christmas is on! 🎅🎁🔜

This is our last week of regular daycare of 2025 - we are closed for daycare DECEMBER 21 - JANUARY 5 to accommodate high boarding volumes.

For our boarding clients please be mindful reception is only open HALF DAYS (7:30a-12p) DECEMBER 24, 26 and 31 - make sure you are double checking your appointment times. We appreciate your patience during this time as wait times may be longer than usual with high volumes of calls.

Reception is closed DECEMBER 25 and JANUARY 1 - our caregivers will be here (365 days a year!) making sure that all your pets are being well cared for. 🫶

Thank you to all our amazing clients for your support - it has been another wonderful year and we feel so grateful to care for your animals and love them as our own. They are the greatest gift of all. 🥰🐶🎁

‘TIS THE SEASON 🎁❄️

We are FULLY BOOKED and WAITLISTED for boarding over Christmas (December 24 -29th) with very limited availability over New Years. (You can always submit a form to be added to our waitlist as we do have cancellations that open up availability.)

We are CLOSED FOR DAYCARE from DEC 21 - JAN 5 to accommodate higher volumes of boarding dogs during that time. Outside those dates please make sure to be booking your daycare in advance as we have limited spaces available.

Doug’s first day 🥰🫶

Did you know we offer A FREE DAY OF DAYCARE for their first day? That way we get to meet and greet them, and they can come get to know our facility before a boarding stay.

We always recommend taking advantage of the free day before their first boarding visit so that they feel more comfortable being away from home and their usual routine 🏡

If you have a pup who is particularly anxious we recommended a few days of daycare to build up confidence before boarding. All dogs are unique individuals and we do our best to make sure they’re all comfortable here at our home away from home. 🏡 🐶🫶
