PAVING BEGINS TOMORROW JUNE 4 (to June 7*)— please make sure you are dropping off and picking up on the “HOSPITAL” PARKING LOT (BOARDING ENTRY) 🚨

🐶 we appreciate your patience as we work to improve our facility 🫶 we are hopeful paving should take *ONE WEEK* but we will keep you updated as it progresses.

🐱For our CAT and CRITTER clients - please also check in at the “HOSPITAL” PARKING LOT (BOARDING ENTRY) - leave your pets + personal items in the vehicle and a caregiver will assist with bringing them over to the boarding facility. 🫶🐰

it’s starting to feel like SUMMER and we are so happy about it. ☀️👍 and we are kicking right into high gear with a busy May long weekend coming up.

Happy little enjoying the spring weather and sunshine! ☀️

As the parks dry out we will be able to have all of our dog groups back outside! But during spring seems to be their favourite time to make the most of being outside - rolling around in the grass, digging it up, and generally getting nice and dirty!

We recommend booking a bath with your boarding stay to ensure they come out as fresh as a spring daisy 🌼🐶🛁

To our valued clients, unfortunately we have had a couple cases of Canine Cough reported back to us after a busy holiday season. Please take a moment to read a detailed statement from our veterinarian and direct any questions via email 💌

These cases account for less than 1% of the animals in our care but we want to make a statement to make sure that if you notice your dog coughing to avoid contact with other dogs, and get in touch with our management team so we can continue to closely monitor cases and provide veterinary care as needed.

We appreciate your understanding - we are doubling down on all cleaning protocols and any effected animals are isolated from the general population.

HALF DAYS (8am - NOON) DEC 24, 26 & 31 and Reception is CLOSED DEC 25 and JAN 1 🐾

We appreciate your patience if wait times are longer than usual during this peak season 🫶

❄️Reminder that we are ❄️ CLOSED FOR DAYCARE DEC 21 - JAN 5 ❄️ but don’t worry, if you are boarding with us our play groups still will run as usual and the daycare kennels will be dedicated for boarding to accommodate everyone who will be visiting 🐾
