Let’s talk about adoption costs & an update on my rescue 🐶.
We are on an intake freeze and will be until we recoup some costs. Ideally I’d like to fundraise $2000-3000💰 before coming off a freeze.
Ways you can help:
- share our rescue 🥰
- help us with our bake sale 🍪 and/or bottle drive 🍾(message me for more details)
- donate to our go fund me below👇🏻

Ace is looking for an adoptive family ❤️.
He will not arrive until Feb 21.
He is a 10 year old pointer. Everyone that meets him says he’s the sweetest boy ever.
I saved him because when I was at the shelter he was the most anxious dog I ever saw. He was so stressed out. I knew I couldn’t rely on another rescue saving him because he’s older and of course the chances of him needing more medical attention are high. I didn’t think money should stop me from saving him. I saw how bad he did in that shelter environment that I knew he needed out.
We made sure he was fully healthy. He got a full health exam. We did bloodwork- he passed with flying colors. We checked his heart. He has a grade 4 or 5 heart murmur. So we did a stress test- his heart was normal so this means no medication (right now could be needed in the future). They also did an X-ray to confirm his heart was ok. He had masses so we tested to confirm if he has cancer and he’s cancer FREE❤️. He also has an ear infection so we gave him medication for that.
Since he is old I would love to find this guy an adoptive home so he doesn’t have to move around as much. He’s old, he deserves to live out the rest of his life with the same family.
Do you know anyone that wants to adopt this senior?
He will need yearly X-rays to confirm his heart is okay. His heart enzymes should also be tested twice a year.
He is still a dog and would benefit from exercise. Daily walks are great! He will let you know when it’s too much.
He also would probably love a fireplace to curl up to in the cold Canadian winters 🥶.
