Holiday Pet Boarding

All of our fields are fenced with page wire and/or chain link. Some dogs may need to be on leash for the first few days until we can assess their recall and interactions with the other dogs but generally, most dogs spend the entire time they are with us off leash. ALL dogs have full run of the house and yard. We let them in and out whenever they want or need to go/play outside. One of us is always

home with the dogs so they are never left on their own. We find the big dogs often prefer to spend most of their time outside and the smaller dogs generally prefer to spend time in the house. I spend a few hours each day in the gardens so the little ones usually cuddle up in the shady spots of the garden while I work away at the weeds. In cooler months we spend time on our decks out of the wind or on really chilly days curled up in front of a fire. We regularly take the dogs for walks in the fields. In the winter we spend time outside with the dogs to ensure that they get all the fresh air, exercise and sunshine they need. ALL dogs sleep in our house with us. Some sleep in a crate, some in their own bed, and some even sleep in bed with me. I have a custom made ramp to provide smaller dogs safe access to the (king sized) bed.
