We have 1 new dog starting today and her name is Sophie. We often have to wait a bit for new dogs, and especially with new puppies, before they settle in and start checking everyone out and playing with their new friends. Not Sophie, she was playing as soon as she arrived and it was me who had to wait a bit before I could start recording.

The energy level on Thursdays is all over the place so we will occasionally ask the dogs to slow it down to make for a better day.
I don’t know who’s smarter, all the bigger regular dogs enjoying the warm weather outside or the smaller new and newer dogs enjoying the extra space provided by most of the other dogs being outside.
Today’s shift to warmer weather requires a different camera angle. Or is that because we haven’t had much snow? What ever the reason we are all thrilled that it’s about to get warm again.
Today is Valentine’s Day and the older dogs are really getting it on. Hazel, who really is not known for her flirting, has taken Caoimhe’s challenge and has asked Kory if he likes to talk long walks down by the river. I think he does.

Valentine’s Day
Today is Valentine’s Day and of all the dogs in attendance Caoimhe is by far the one that’s most in love.
As soon as Brisby arrived Angus was asking her out but that’s nothing compared to when Caoimhe showed up. She was asking all of her boyfriends where they’d like to go tonight for dinner and who like which flowers most.
I think it’s that as she is one of our oldest dogs so tradition means more to her than to the younger generations.

Today is Full Moon Wednesday and we’ve brought Percy in to be our artistic director for today’s Wolf Auditions.
Percy might be small but his technique is flawless and he has trained all of the big names in Wolfing over the past 3 years.
Twin Tuesday
It’s Twin Tuesday today.
They might not all be twins but it is definitely Tuesday.
Willow’s 1st day happens to coincide with our monthly High Energy Aerobics and Spin Class so while all the advanced participants are taking a short break we thought we’d give Willow a chance to visit with the beginner students.
We’re pretty sure she’ll advance quickly but we want to make sure she paces herself. Not only is it good for her joint development, doing moderate aerobics helps to build confidence.
We have 1 new dog starting today and her name is Willow. We wanted to make her feel at home so we had 2 Willows waiting in the wings for her arrival. It took Willow about 30 minutes to start to feel at home and sniffing bums. Since she’s attended Canine Minds and Manners puppy classes here we knew she’d feel at home.
