Dear Nincompups family friends fans and followers

It is with a heavy heart that I announce our permanent closure at the end of this week. Friday February 25th will be our last day.

As you know, covid hit us hard along with other unlucky events causing further financial hardship.

It was an incredibly difficult decision and I apologize for the short notice for you to make other arrangements for care for your pups.

Everyone with remaining days on their prepaid packages will be refunded or credit exchanged for in home boarding with me.

It has been an immense honor and privilege to have cared for your fur babies the last 6.5 years at Nincompups. They brought me so much joy and literally saved my life through many health issues. I will miss everyone with all my heart.

I will always be in the animal care industry in some capacity just as I always have been. My next chapter is likely to start in another province but if I start something more local you'll hear about it very soon.

Thank you thank you thank you for all these amazing years of support!

Don't listen to anyone who says you spoil your dog(s). Better spoiled than neglected I always say....and besides, only food spoils!

My name is Lisa and I own and operate Nincompups. I have over 30 years of experience and education in the animal health industry, much of it specifically related to dogs and have been operating dog care businesses in the Fort Saskatchewan area for 19 years. I have many community references and cant wait to meet your pooch :) -dogs aren’t my whole life but they make my life whole-
