Anyone interested or know someone that would be interested in a Jungle Carpet Python?

I have one surrendered snake left, and it's a 6ft, 8 year old male jungle carpet python.
He is free to a good home or, if you want the enclosure, it's $140 for the ExoTerra 36x18x36.
The tank alone is $650 new.

Due to me (Dave) going back to college to start a new career, I've had to quit my job (college course is a fast track intensive course), and with that, there has been a severe lack of social media presence.
With the lack of social media posts, there has been a huge drop in donations. Also, my lack of job has caused a huge dent in my own funds to feed the animals.

There will be more posts and updates soon.
Just struggling to run this all on my own.

The rescue still has loads of animals for adoption if anyone is looking for a reptile this Christmas.

5 YEAR OLD MALE CRESTED GECKO!
Name: Golum

Picked up this little guy 2 days ago. He was in a tank that hadn't been properly cleaned for some time and due to his previous owner being scared of him jumping at her, he was left without interaction.
I've cleaned his tank, gave him some more places to climb, and have been interacting with him as much as possible without stressing him out.

He's available for adoption, along with the tank for $150 adoption fee or nearest offer.

I want this guy to go to a loving home.

**Update** Falkor's surgery has been postponed approximately 2-3 weeks to plump her up and run a course of antibiotics. Her diagnostic tests alone were $700, the surgery costs will be several hundred more. But it's looking very hopeful and despite the pressure from the mass her eye itself appears healthy and her prognosis is good.

Multiple calls and messages regarding injured turtles.

Hi everyone,

We have received many e-mails this month about injured turtles so I am going to post this information here to help those looking for information:

We are not authorized to treat wildlife, please contact a Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre such as Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre.

If you have found an INJURED turtle, please call 705-741-5000 to reach OTCC. This number is for emergencies only.

If you have found a NESTING turtle, please do not remove it from the area unless it is in immediate danger (this does NOT include at the side of the road - this is where they frequently nest). Watch from a distance of at least 5 metres. If the nesting female attempts to cross a roadway, you can help her across in the direction she is travelling. Do NOT dig up the eggs to relocate them.
